Excel — breaking data in one cell to multiple

This is a question already made by someone but I was not able o find the “questions Forum” as such. I guess this is the Question Forum, the right place to go.

Given 1 colunn say, column C I hace the following data

city, state(abbreviated) zip(5 digits)
city state zip
city111 state zip
and so forth ad nauseam…
I need to break these into 3 different columns

column D would hold the City
column E would hold the State
Column F would hold the zip code

for each row in column C.

Is there a way to do that?
If so, could someone give me a help?
