Excel to outlook

HELP
Im trying to import data from excel 4 to outlook 2002 for a contact list there has to be a template we were supplied contact list and the data is raw can i use full name for example or do i have to make it title first middle last do i have to rename all fields and hand manipulate data help!!!!!!! any suggestions will be tried
