Excel – Using formula in separate spreadsheet?

Hello,
Can anyone advise if the following is possible?

I have a pricing spreadsheet maintained by another entity that allows me to calculate (a) software license and (b) annual maintenance prices based on input value of “number of users”.

I am creating my own forecasting spreadsheet where each customer/prospect will have a “number of users” field that I manually enter.

What I would like to do is to inject the “number of users” field from my spreadsheet nito the pricing spreadsheet and then display the corresponding License and Maintenance prices into my spreadsheet.

Can anyone advise how this can be achieved automatically?
