Excel Workgroup Templates?

I created an Excel template, and I would like my co-workers to use it as a Workgroup Template. MS Word has an option for Workgroup templates that allows the user to go to File|New and retrieve a workgroup template. But how can I do this in Excel? (I don’t want to put this template on the server for security purposes.)
