Excell 2007 mailings

I use windows xp pro . I had word 2000 then installed office 2007, with compatiblity , and updates. the problem is when I select recipient and preview the colums are totally off . And when I look into address block of the list the zip code is missing. But not in excell. This show missing number the zip happens when maiing mering for lables. Can someone help? dan
