Exchange 2000 Event ID 9100

Hi,
Recently I have started to get the following message in the Application Event log on the Exchange Server (SP2):
Source:MSExchangeSA
Catagory: Monitoring
Event ID: 9100
Details:
The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read the queue information, error ‘0xc00402be’.

Does anybody know what it means (and or) if it is serious – as I dont seem to be able to find any info on it.
