Exchange 2003 host multi email domain

our company have 2 to 3 domain name and need to host using 1 exchange server. can it be done by using only 1 Win2k3 server and 1 AD domain with 1 exchange server?
i’ll try search in the web for long time but didn’t find any article about it, any help will be appreciate. thx
