Exchange 2K not allowing outgoing emails

I’m running Exchange 2K SP1 on W2K Server SP2, I’m trying to send emails to certain people and for some reason the exchange server is kicking it back to me as undeliverable. I’ve been able to send it before and I’m able to send the emails from a yahoo account. No changes have been made to the Exchange server. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciative.
