Exchange 5.5 Hosting multiple companies

My company is brining a subsidiary into our building. They want to give e-mail addresses to the new employees. The catch is that our existing addresses are for one domain and the new company will be for another domain. Is this possible without adding an additional Exchange server? What subjects cover this in the Exchange documentation? (Setup, administration, security, etc.)
