Exchange 5.5 + Outlook (Office XP)

One of my customers had all of her e-mail going to a personal folder. After figuring this out, I had her move her e-mails from this folder to her mailbox on the server. After the process was completed, she got over one hundred messages with the subject: Synchronization Log, with detailed information of what was synchronized. The problem is that we can nolonger find any of the e-mails and when I tried to find an “offline” folder, I could not find one. The question is, are these e-mails gone or is there a way to try yo locate them?
