Exchenge 5.5 mail box folder restore

its there is any easy way to restore a mail box folder deleted, and can not see it in the deleted items?
I’m using Arcserver 2000 on an NT 4.0 server and I’m backing up the exchange database and the brick level,but if I restore the folder from the brick level it said it restore the write amount of data but I can not see the messages in the folder.
