Export Exchange Mailbox to PST File

The company I work for needs to preserve emails due to a lawsuit. There are specific mailboxes I want to be able to export to a PST file from the server so that it contains all folders, messages, contacts, and calendar items. I do not want to make any changes to the existing mailbox, so nothing should be deleted after the export.

The mail server is running Exchange 2003 SP1
