Exporting AD User Info and Phone Numbers into CSV

This is probably a simple switch but I am having a hard time finding the answer to it. My supervisor wants a list of all of the current members of the organization. I’d like to export all of our “users” into a CSV file. I know that csvde probably has this capability but I am having problems finding the right switch. Can anyone point to the right direction or give an example that would create an automatically generated directory list? I’d like to simply be able to run a command, export the current User’s Name and Phone Number into an Excel document.
