Extracting data from priv.edb & pub.edb

I have a priv.edb and pub.edb from an Exchange 2000 server that recently died.

I need to extract all the e-mails from these files into PST files WITHOUT having to Exchange up and running again.

Are there any tools (including 3rd party) that will extract data from the edb files?
