File Coversion Software

Hi Everyone,
I am currently working on a serious Project in excel format and most of the work I do transfer to excel are in hard copy. I need a simple software that can convert hard copy files into excel or mswd document.

I mean when I scan it into pdf it will be further converted into excell.
