file deletion

Can any one tell me how do I delete a file with a hidden VBS extention. Located as below.

C:\Documents and Settings\KEV\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK89\viewthis.jpg.VBS Warning: Hidden extension .VBS

Only directors upto C:\Documents and Settings\KEV are visible.
