File Shares Assesment for migration

I am currently working with a client who has over 10 TB of data. I am trying to identify a way to assess their current Wintel File Structure for a file migration to a Centralized Storage Device, NAS…Windows NT, 2000 and 2003
and Novell File Services to a NAS device
I would like to run reports that give detail based on shares and what permissions are set on those shares along with who has access to them… I am looking for a 3rd party tool.
