FILTER SEVERAL TEXTS IN ONE COLUMN

I’ve been dealing with 30,000 records or more and i am having a problem during searching. I am using the recordset filter method but i have a problem when i try to filter several texts in a column. For example, the column name is “STOCK_NAME” and the value is: “COFFE, INSTANT, SACHET OR STICK”. I want to search value for STOCK_NAME LIKE %COFFE%INSTANT% but i found none. Could you help me solve this problem? I badly need it. Thank you very much guys…
