Finding inovators/early adopters

OK so I am not a marketeer or a sales person and I have developed a really cool tool aimed at cutting patch testing times and reducing SDLC costs. Only problem is how does one go about finding inovators and early adopters.

If any one can help me out on this I would be greatful.
