Fixing lost sys files w/many great blessing

I can not boot to my XP OS, because I lost system32\config\SYSTEM, this is compounded by the fact that I can not load my RAID drives using my floppy drive, because it not working for some unknown reasons. Or in other words the restore or the repair sys files does not work because windows does not recognize the hard drives .
Can I install a new hard drive install XP and then some how cross over to fix this sys problem on the other drive or I may not need to fix them at all, but just boot to the new drive every time?? If you have an answer I will pray many great blessing upon your head and that your virgins in heaven will be the most beautiful of them all. Or you can ask for a unsigned check from my off shore checking account.
