Flash drive “No Name” issue with OSX

i have a flash drive with an adobe acrobat brochure
when i plug the flash drive in on the MAC i get
“NO NAME” on the external drive. when i plug the flash drive into
a windows platform computer i see the correct name. Is there a program that can modifiy the script on this flash drive to read the name of the drive Apple OSX operating system
