Folder Redirection Question.

We would like to redirect our users My Documents folders. We have setup and tested it without any problems so far. The question is, is it possible to push this so that it happens while the user is already logged in? We want to move the folders with out any user interaction. Without a Logoff/Logon. Possibly in the background silently? Are there any plug-ins that can be used with AD to do this? Or possibly a 3rd party software that someone can recommend?
