Front end for MS Database

I create a Microsoft Access DB in 2003. We do not have licenses for the other IT staff to use Access so now I’m unable to use MS Access to enter and retrieve data for several databases I created.

Any sugestions on what I could use as a front end so they could view/modify the current databases without having access on the pc or something else I can use. I have limited VB prgramming experience and have no licencing for Visual Basic either or I’d just create a front end for it that way.
