FTP server hosting+port blocking how??

Hey everyone…I’m tryin to set up an FTP server on my home computer…I’m using bulletproof ftp(or something like that) anyway…my high speed provider blocks port 80,21,25 and a few others….I’d like to have a web interface with the ftp….although i suppose it isnt completley necessary…so this is my question. How do i get around the port blocking (along with dynamic ip)? Any help on where i can find this information would be great….or if you’re so inclined you could tell me yourself..thanks in advance.
