Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem?

Hi,
I am facing issue with one of my user getting following error
“Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close.”
if i click on dont send error report to microsoft it get me out of the network and my system get hanged and i have hard boot it.
along this i am also getting error of “Svchost.exe-Application Error” which is a memory reference error.
i searched on internet and all results leads to ad-ware or malware in the computer but to my hard luck i could not find any of the malware or ad-ware infection in computer. and problem is still existing…

please help me out of it
