Generic Host process for win32 services error

Hi everyone! I am new to this site ..
I am using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ whenever i use my net, i repeatedly get this Generic Host process for win32 services at regular intervals. when i click dont send button my net connection stops downloading pages and i need to restart my computer to again use my net. Also i get svchost.exe- application error message .

Please help me . . with regards ck
