Generic Host Win 32 Error on Windows Xp

I’m getting this “Generic Host Win 32 Error” on my computer when it’s idle and when i take the machine remotely from another PC. After the error appears, the computer hangs and i have to restart the PC.

What’s the reason for this and is there a solution?
