I have just finished spending an entire week getting my HP laptop re-formatted, re-installed and re-loaded. The last step was to run Ghost 10.0 on it and back up the whole drive to a USB drive.
Ghost installed OK and is activated
However, on trying to create a backup, it gets to about 5% and then spits out the following message as it stops:
“Cannot create recovery points for job…
Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job.
— Errors exist
— Unable to write to file
—- Error EBAB03F1: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)
—- Unable to write to file
—– Error EBAB03F1: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)”
Anybody any idea what is going on here and how to sort it out?
Thanks
