ghost 2002 and win2k partitions

I have win2k and ghost2002 installed on my fat32 partition. I have recently created a new Fat32 partition so that I could create an image of the c drive and dump it there.. but when I bootup from Ghost, it doesn’t see the new fat32 partition, it only sees the C drive. what’s wrong? I thought the new partition was something other than fat32, but I double checked.
