Ghost Image of DELL Systems for Easy Restoration

I have following DELL Systems:

1. Dell Power Edge 2850 Server with Service Tag HLQLKIS, on which Windows 2003 Server R2 is installed
2. Dell T100 with Service Tag J9V422S
on which Windows 2003 Server R2 is installed
2. Dell Optiplex 360 with on Which Windows XP Professional is installed.

I am unable to make Ghost Image of these Systems with Norton Ghost Software.

Kindly Tell me Which Software, I need to purchase Software, to make the Ghost Image of These Systems so that, I restore these Systems easily in case of any Disaster.
