Ghost in the network…

I have a problem with this pc that can only detect other pcs in the network but could not share it’s files within the network. Other pc could not ‘see’ this pc in the network.I had already check the domain name (and it’s correct), the network driver (seems to be fine) and all other configurations. What seems to go wrong? Please help.
