Ghost not responding

The ghost floppy-based program states that the IPX interface is not loaded in this machine (the machine is a Vectra VL 200 mhz with 64 mb of memory. The NIC is a 3Com 3c905b-TX. The machine to be Ghosted is a match. It tells me that the 3c90x didnot load. Is there a quick fix for this?
