Ghost Problems

Hi All

Kinda new here so was wondering if i could ask for a little assistance, have a problem with Ghost, i am trying to ghost a imagine onto a server machine so i can then just boot from a floppy and put that imagine onto a load or other machines attached to the network, so far i have set up my master machine run Sysprep created my boot disk booted to it and im now getting a black screen with a white flashing dot in top left corner, its been like this now for over 4hrs doing nothing else, anyone know were im going wrong or does anyone have a detailed instruction of how to do what im trying to do
