Ghost Win98 with different hardware

I am planning on trying to ghost a win98 hard drive which is in a PIII 450 mhz onto a P4 1.7 ghz, totally different mainboard and video card. Will this cause problems or will I be able to get windows loaded and install the new mainboard drivers? Thanks
