Ghosting a Windows XP pc

I am currently Ghosting a windows xp partioned hard drive onto another Pent3 machine. Both are Compaqs and are compatible motherboards. My question is, how long should this process take given that the drive copied is 14324mb??? It is going on 2hrs and is only 63% completed. I started and it froze once before, so this is the second try. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
