ghosting an NT server

Does anyone know what software I could use to ghost an NT machine for emergency recovery purposes? The configs are Dell poeredge 6300 servers with RAID 5 cages, and what I need to do is backup the entire system. Is there anything available that wontrequire identacle hardware?
