Ghosting laptops

I’ve been assigned the task of ghosting an IBM A20M ThinkPad, I’m at a company that has about 70-80 of ’em out in the field. I have Symantec’s Ghost 6.5. Can anyone share how to do this or point me to reference material. The card services is my stumbling block.
