Ghosting software raid 5

Can I ghost a software Raid 5 onto bigger hard drives and increase the partitions so that all the raid 5 partitions are the same size but just larger through ghost or something like partition magic. D is the Raid 5 and E is Raid 1 not important Disk1 c.651mb d.3428mb Disk2 d.3428mb e.667mb
