Ghosting Toshiba Satellite 3000

I want to make a Ghost(v6) image of a Toshiba Satellite 3000 laptop with a Realtek 8139 NIC. To accomplish this I require a boot disk with DOS drivers for the NIC. I am having no success in finding such drivers from Toshiba or anywhere else. Does anyone know where there is such a thing or have suggestions how to create a boot disk that will allow me network access? Is there some other way to get a Ghost image of the laptop?
