Ghosting with Intel Network Adapter

I am trying to create a bootable ghost disk on a Gateway that has and Intel Network adapter. Our company normally purchases 3Com network adapters as a standard, however, we have some departments that do not adhere to this. I am not sure which fileI need to copy to the image disk to make the ghost successful. I have not had a lot of experience with imaging software.
