Ghosting with Norton 2002

I have a Windows 95 machine that has programs that I do want to reinstall on another computer. So I Ghosted the HD onto another PC. However, once I boot the slave PC I get ‘found new hardware’ msgs for PCI Bridge, audio adapter,etc. So much so that I can not do anything with the machine. It will not even recognize the D drive for the CD rom boot…any ideas
