Groove 2007 Tools and Fileshare Workspaces

I have been playing arouund with Groove 2007 for about a week now and have set up several test workspaces by creating standard workspaces. I can add tools to and remove tools to these workspaces with no problem.

I have also set up several fileshare workspaces that keep my OneNote, Bible Software and Office Documents in sync between the three computers I use daily. I’ve noted that I am unable to add any tools to the fileshare workspaces.

I guess some would argue that there would be no need for tools in a simple fileshare environment but I can see a use for several if I need to leave myself a note or to track a particular problem that I’m having.

Is there a way to use Groove tools in a fileshare workspace? I can’t see any way to add tools.
