Group Policy

All of our machines that are linked to this GPO are not recieving the Policy Settings. If I log in as the administrator the settings are pushed through, however if I log in as a user the settings aren’t. Even when I log in as a different domain admin account the settings are not applied.

I run a RSOP and it shows the settings in there for any user I set it for. I am not sure why only the admin has the policy applied.
