GroupWise 7 Mail Send Issues

I’m hoping someone can help me on this one. I have an individual who is unable to send any mail to a distribution list/group. He is able to send/receive mail to individuals, but cannot send to groups. His mailbox quota has been increased to try and correct the problem, but to no avail.

The GW client has been updated, unistalled, reinstalled – you name it. Any suggestions at this point would be great!
