Hack Mind

Hi All,

Is it possible to hack someone mind.
I know this is possible,but i don’t know the term for it.what exactly it is called.
I mean this is a state where,whatever you think is audible to other.
How it is done?What it is called ?
No i am not intereted in hacking someone mind,but I do want to know what it is called and if there is any remedy for it.
