Help. Exchange Messages Lost!!!!

I was configuring exchange 2000 for internet use. about 100 mails dowloaded from my ISP but where’nt distributed to the internal clients due to a message flow problem. I fixed the problem and mail can now be sent into and out of the organization although the mails i downloaded from the isp are lost somewhere in the system. Is there anyway i can find this messages and redistribute them to the clients. Help!!
