Help new zoostorm pc

Hi, i recently purchased a 160gb zoostorm pc, today i set it up for first time, as you will know it initially takes about an hour for windows to set up etc, during this process my power cut out, now pc won’t come on at all! can someone please help me as i have no idea what to do. Thank you lindsay
