Help regarding Insert file option in MS word

Hi,
When i insert one file to another file then some times its became junk file.
Acully destination file contains the text in aryan2 font with font size 13
but when we try to insert into another files it converted to font Times New Roman and font size 12. Thats why it seems to junk file.
Pls help us what should we do?
