Help with location of outlook pst file

I am going to be using Outlook 2000 on a non-microsft server email system – sorry Bill Gates. I got Outlook to work with the email system however I want to locate the person’s PST file on my network server so if their PC crashes I do not have to worry.

1. Can you tell me how to “change” the path statement of the users’s PST file
2. Can you confirm it is a PST file…
