Help with Pictures

A friend of mine has some pictures of me on her computer that I don’t really want her to have.I was wondering if there was a way to delete those pictures of me without actually going over to her house. Someone told me I could probably write a DOS command or something and send it via e-mail.
Does anyone know if I can and how?
